Jamie Allen, Senior Manager at Siegfried, has valued and prioritized service all her life. “I’ve always felt like I was put on this Earth to give,” she explained. “My goal is to connect with people and help them find the silver lining. I consistently keep others at the forefront of my mind – aiming to lighten their burden and bring them happiness.”
Jamie’s passion for self-development sparked the start of her Siegfried journey in 2019, where authentic relationships are deeply ingrained in our culture. They frame our higher purpose – to help people transform themselves into better leaders to exponentially improve their lives – and our continued approach to shared growth, with both our clients and our professionals.
Since joining the Firm, Jamie has seen her relationships flourish and manifest mutually beneficial success in incredible ways. She has cultivated invaluable professional confidence and autonomy, positively impacted the development of those around her, and fostered a vibrant career that synergizes her personal and professional dreams through Siegfried’s unique culture and incentives – including an ‘Experience of a Lifetime'[1] trip to Turks and Caicos.

Leading through service
Siegfried’s unique business model – where our high-caliber professionals assist with high-impact projects under client direction – opened the door for Jamie to take ownership of her professional relationships. As a Siegfried professional, she developed the confidence to independently connect with clients of various scales and industries. This autonomy was a challenging but rewarding shift from her time at Deloitte.
“Siegfried was a change of pace in terms of my independence,” Jamie shared. “Whether it’s just you or a team of Siegfried professionals on projects, you get the opportunity to speak directly with clients and form those relationships yourself. Even when I’m hesitant to step into a different role or situation, Siegfried trusts me, and that has propelled my professional growth and relationships and been a huge leap for my career.”
Siegfried empowered Jamie to bring her service-oriented mindset to life in unexpected and impactful ways, including helping clients identify and explore their deep needs by being curious and asking thoughtful questions.
“If you aren’t open with clients and don’t have those meaningful conversations, you won’t know what their needs are, and they won’t know what you bring to the table,” said Jamie. “By being observant, being engaged, and posing questions, you can create ‘aha’ moments for clients, and it is in those times that you can truly deliver substantial value.”

A positive shared impact
Both Jamie and her clients have experienced the effect of her genuine bonds and caring, relationship-based approach. And once these clients see the tangible, long-lasting impact of her service focus, they don’t want to let her go.
“I’ve accomplished a magnitude of great things and provided well-rounded experiences for my clients through authentic conversations and of-service connections with them,” Jamie reflected. “I’ve helped them with their inherent business needs while also uncovering and resolving aspects they’ve never considered or had trouble getting across the finish line.”
Siegfried not only encourages but incentivizes these efforts, earning Jamie production awards that have enhanced her financial freedom. She has also experienced the emotional gratification of becoming a trusted partner and value-added member of her client teams.
“Clients trust me with more than their financials. We’re not just colleagues; we’re friends. Siegfried professionals lead with who we are and showcase who we are until the end. That’s why our clients respect, love, and miss us.”

Broad and synergized growth
Jamie’s transformative success at Siegfried has been fueled by relationships beyond her clients. Not only has she taken the reins on projects, but she has gained the time and financial freedom to skydive in Dubai and even maintain and personally fund her own scholarship at her alma mater, Grand Valley State University, since 2021. The personal and professional growth that Jamie has enjoyed is hard not to notice.
“My network saw that my happiness was largely due to the genuine confidence that I’ve embraced since joining Siegfried, in addition to the other freedoms that I’ve experienced,” said Jamie. “Once they saw how Siegfried has impacted my life, they began to consider what they might be missing out on.”
Four people from Jamie’s network eventually expressed interest in Siegfried’s offerings, including both a former mentee and a former mentor. Her relationships – those she built throughout her life and fostered at Siegfried – again synergized to create mutual benefit, as her connections joined the Firm.
“My energy keeps others curious about the people I surround myself with and the places I invest my time in,” Jamie expressed. “Those interested in the Firm asked why Siegfried keeps me happy, and through answering that question, speaking on the relationships I’ve formed, and connecting them with other, like-minded Siegfried professionals, they got excited and eventually made the switch.”
Just as Jamie’s confidence and connections blossomed in Siegfried’s relationship-oriented environment, she has seen her Siegfried referrals transform, serving the Firm’s higher purpose.
“Even though we are colleagues, I never forget that we are friends. I talk to my referrals frequently about their new projects and experiences, both inside and outside of work,” Jamie shared. “I can see them gaining more of the same autonomy that I’ve experienced. Some of them have stepped into hobbies they probably wouldn’t have had the time or the means for at Big Four. It makes me happy to hear that they have more freedom and confidence in all facets of their lives.”

Earning the experience of a lifetime
The success and fulfillment that Jamie has realized from her relationships is ongoing and ever-growing. Beyond the natural impact of her service-focused connections, Siegfried’s recruiting incentives have surpassed Jamie’s imagination. She earned and took advantage of an ‘Experience of a Lifetime’[1] trip to Turks and Caicos to celebrate her 30th birthday with some of her closest friends and family.
“Sharing monumental milestones and experiences with the people who mean the most to me is incredibly fulfilling,” reflected Jamie. “I appreciate the attention and intention that the Firm places on and cultivates around relationships, as well as rewarding its professionals for the value they have delivered”
“When you first join Siegfried, and you see the incentives that make up the Firm’s total compensation philosophy, you think they’re too good to be true,” continued Jamie. “But they’re not. All the success that I’ve earned and shared at Siegfried has been the result of being natural, of-service, and my authentic self.”
