For Keirra Williams, success isn’t defined by titles alone. It’s defined by relationships, community, and the courage to show up as her full, authentic self.
Today, Keirra is the VP, Assistant Controller at OptimizeRx, where she leads corporate accounting for a growing, publicly traded company with teams across the U.S. and in Croatia. But before stepping into executive leadership, Keirra spent several formative years at Siegfried — years that helped shape not only her career, but the way she defines success.

A community-first culture
Keirra began her career at EY, then moved into industry roles with automotive suppliers in the Detroit area. While those experiences gave her a strong technical foundation, it wasn’t until she joined Siegfried in 2019 that her perspective began to shift.
Introduced to the Firm through Siegfried hosted events and relationships in Detroit, Keirra quickly saw what made Siegfried different: a genuine community-first culture.
“When I focused on building relationships, everything else in my career followed.”

The growth
At Siegfried, Keirra thrived in a project-based environment, working across controllership, systems implementations, and client engagements.
“I’m a project person. I love learning fast and working on different challenges.”
Just as important was the exposure to CFOs, controllers, and senior leaders, which helped her learn how to anticipate needs and think ahead.
“That experience taught me how to be proactive, not reactive.”
When a former manager invited her to join OptimizeRx, it was a natural next step. She joined as Director of Corporate Accounting and quickly advanced to VP, Assistant Controller, with responsibilities spanning shared services, ERP, and global operations.

Keirra’s perspective
Early in her career, success meant pushing through. Today, it means something different.
“I know I’m successful when people come to me for advice, not just about work, but about life.”
Even after leaving, Keirra has stayed closely connected to the Firm and the people who shaped her journey.
“Most of my friends are my Siegfried people. That community stays with you.”
Her story is simple: invest in relationships, and growth follows.
