Amy Mordey‘s advice to current and future Siegfried professionals: “Embrace every opportunity, trust yourself, and don’t feel pressured to rush. Success comes when you focus on growth and relationships.”
From public accounting to divisional leadership, Amy Mordey’s career journey has been shaped by resilience, confidence, and strong relationships – areas which she explored and developed with greater focus during her time at Siegfried. Amy spent three years at Siegfried, where she gained the confidence to handle any challenge and propelled her personal growth after relocating to a new city and facing uncertainty around her career trajectory.

“Siegfried gave me the confidence to know that I could step into new projects and succeed. The Firm’s relationship-focused approach also taught me the importance of authentic connections, which have guided every career move I’ve made since,” Amy shared.

Today, Amy is helping Renuity Home grow into a nationally recognized brand in home remodeling, serving as Divisional Controller of their Mad City division and overseeing nearly $400M in revenue. Amy shared how her perspective on success has evolved from the beginning of her professional journey up to this point: earlier in her career, she was focused on climbing the ladder quickly, but now, she prioritizes trusting the process, doing meaningful work, and being authentic in her leadership. Much of this mindset she found the reflective time and opportunity to develop at Siegfried – and she’s carried the Firm’s tools for growth with her ever since.
