Do you ever become super irritated at ridiculously trivial things, like dead TV remote batteries or that short stoplight by your house? Most readers may offer a guilty smirk at this moment, but the uncomfortable truth is that most of us struggle with similar irritations each day. Negative, unproductive reactions can be controlled — even eliminated! — by caring less.

We are forced to solve problems in every area of our life: at home, at work, and everywhere in between. But many of us don’t solve problems effectively. Maybe we don’t fully understand the problem, we only have a few solutions, or we don’t reflect and improve before investing time and/or money into an answer.

Rock star. Superstar. They both sound pretty good, don’t they? Without thinking about it too much, is there one that appeals to you more? Are they even different?
